First of all, fitness apps are like any other app, meaning a software application designed to run on smartphones, tablet computers and other mobile devices. Fitness apps are usually available through application distribution platforms, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Windows Phone Store, and BlackBerry App World. There are also fitness apps that are free but equally those that must be bought. You usually download fitness apps from the platform to your mobile, for example, but sometimes they can be downloaded to laptops or desktops.
Fitness apps can be very handy if you want to practice sports at home and not got to the gym or if you want to additionally do something. There are for example fitness apps that are specifically for a certain region of your body, such as the abdomen. Some fitness apps providers advertise with a five minute workout per day. This means that these certain fitness apps run for five minutes only. And during these five minutes the fitness apps demonstrate a number of exercises that usually last up to 30 seconds.
Wellness means treating yourself with a massage, a facial, a bath or anything else that makes you feel good. In other words, wellness refers to a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit. In that way, wellness has been a concept of alternative medicine since the 1950s. The concept of wellness shows that the focus of medicine has shifted from illness of the body to the wellness of the overall person. In other words, wellness refers to the state of the entire being and its ongoing development.
Wellness can and is recommended to be practiced by everyone as it is said to lead to a longer, healthier and more satisfied life. In our nowadays world we are confronted with many stressors every single day and therefore wellness is important. Our work often demands us to sit in front of a computer for many hours and that every day. In this way, our life is very different to the original way of life of human beings who used to go hunting and had to fight for their next meal. Today, we are psychologically stressed a lot and do often not move as much as our body deserves. That is why wellness is so important. Wellness helps us to free our mind and therefore have new energy for the following day again. Research show that although we live in a time where human being have never been richer and have never had more free time in throughout their history we are not any happier. This is due to the mental stress which strains the soul and wellness acts against this. We have so many worries nowadays, worries about mortgages, insurances, cars and a myriad of other worries that is simply generated by our today’s wealth.

Nutrients for health are chemicals that your body needs to live. Nutrients for health are used to build and repair tissues, regulate body processes and are converted to and used as energy. Organic nutrients for health include carbohydrates, fats, proteins or amino acids and vitamins. Inorganic nutrients for health are for example dietary minerals, water, and oxygen . Nutrients for health are said to be essential.
Nowadays, people often take nutrients for health from an external source, either because their body cannot synthesize it or produces insufficient quantities. Or they simply think that they have to take nutrients for health from an external source due to psychological reasons. Nutrients for health that are needed in very small amounts are micronutrients and those that are needed in larger quantities are called macronutrients.
Some people also adhere to some sort of alternative diet plan where the take nutrients for health in the form of herbs or herbal teas or alike. Especially, in the Chinese medicine nutrients for health are taken in this kind of forms and rarely in the form of tablets or pills.
